HR People Know Who to Vote For 

Job-cut plans jump - Aug. 3, 2004: "'Some employers may be waiting to see how the election plays out before going ahead with hiring plans,' Cobb wrote. 'In fact, in our recent survey, a surprisingly high 43 percent of human resource executives said their hiring plans could be altered based on the election's outcome.'"

What outcome do you think would alter the HR person's hiring plans?

If Kerry is elected, they plan to hire more. Why? 1) The economy will improve and 2) there will be tax breaks if they don't outsource. It's as simple as that.

Bush has turned a slight recession into the worse economic record since the depression - and it could go on for another four years....
